Ok, I figured out that my pictures weren't posting because they were in the wrong format. The 9 wk sono pics are still in the wrong format so all I have are the new ones, which is probably what you want to see anyway! I know you all have probably already heard the story about our appointment but some haven't. We were at the doctors office for probably 2hours total between my nurses overview of my vitals, "wait time" before I could make a urine sample, and the longest time, in the room watching Baby Kate on the screen. We walked in the exam room, which was about maybe 1 square foot total (at least it felt like it), 2 strange men were standing there, the sonogram tech and two sono machines. Once I sat on the exam table, I was waiting patiently for these strange men to leave before exposing my belly, however, they weren't leaving. I decided to go with the flow. One of them looked like a doctor so I just told myself, "At least it's an EXternal sonogram!" Come to find out, the man I thought was a Dr. was in fact, and the other man was a sonogram machine salesman. What at first was a very awkward situation turned into a huge blessing. The tech was learning how to use this new machine, so, she continued to hold the wand over my belly so we could see and watch Kate while she navigated her way around the different buttons. It took her a while to figure everything out, so we were in there for a good forty-five minutes. The Dr. man kept asking if I was ok, and I was, but he put me at ease, and the salesman was not at all concerned about my exposed belly covered in jelly, but more about selling his machine (which we loved because we could see her much more clearly on the new one). So, if nothing else, we helped him make a sale. Here are the picutres from that day. The are from the old machine because there wasn't a printer on the new one.
